Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your order with us. Since most of our products are custom-made according to your requirements, all orders are processed immediately once confirmed.

Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order and before production starts. Please send your cancellation request to our email. We will confirm whether cancellation is available.
• Once production, printing or cutting has begun, cancellation is not available.
• If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will refund your payment within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Changes to Orders

Any changes to sizes, logos, colors or quantity must be submitted within the 24-hour cancellation window above. After this period, changes cannot be accepted.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to cancel your order in special situations including out-of-stock materials, incorrect contact information, or payment failures. We will contact you promptly and issue a full refund if this happens.
